Every Thursday Darren and Juanita run/jog/walk the Bay Run. The Bay Run is a 7 kilometre track around the foreshore of Rodd Point. The part I like is that I meet them for breakfast about 9 a.m. at The Cove which is a cafe with outdoor eating that over looks the bay run. Great crumpets and Darren and Juanita have bacon and eggs. Yummy!
