Day 5 - Cethana TASMANIA
We left Cradle Mountain about Noon to head towards Queenstown, Strahan and Strathgordon but when we got to the intersection, our road we wanted to take was blocked from the heavy snowfalls, we had to change our travel plans and go in the opposite direction due to the weather.
Our new direction was a nice surprise with us going to places we had not thought we would see. We drove for about 1 hour and was stopped in our tracks by the beautiful rock formations on the mountains around Cethana. Just 1 hour from Cradle Mountain and the skies hardly had a snow cloud in site, which made a great background for our photographs of the rock faces, especially the one that looks like a monkey's face.
